Quentravolixyrmz BV ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and processes your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Belgian Act of 30 July 2018 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.

2. What data we collect
When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your name and email address. We also process technical data such as IP address, browser type, language preference and visited pages via cookies and similar technologies.
3. Purposes of processing
We use your data to send you news and updates about Belgian real estate crowdfunding projects, to improve the functioning of our website, to compile statistics and to comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal grounds
Processing is based on your explicit consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR) for sending newsletters, on our legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f GDPR) for improving our services, and on legal obligation (Article 6.1.c GDPR) where applicable.
5. Retention period
We do not keep your data longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Log files are kept for a maximum of 12 months.
6. Transfers to third parties
We never sell your data. We may rely on carefully selected processors (email platforms, hosting providers) within the European Economic Area. Transfers outside the EEA only take place with appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection to the processing of your data. You can exercise these rights by emailing privacy@quentravolixyrmz.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels).

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or destruction, including TLS encryption, access controls and periodic audits.

This privacy policy may be updated. The latest version is always available on our website, with the date of the most recent update.
